STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
Students must have attended public school in the year before applying for the scholarship
Household income ought not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty level.

Students must meet the federal definition of a disability
The assigned public school must not sufficiently meet the learning needs of the student
The student must demonstrate need for specialized instruction at an eligible independent school
ENROLLMENT: 1,365 students (2022-2023)
