Statement from Tommy Schultz, CEO, American Federation for Children:
“We are thrilled to welcome Samara Palko to the team at AFC. She will oversee a key component of our work to build strong school choice programs nationwide while serving our mission of empowering families, especially lower-income families, with the freedom to choose the best K-12 education for their children. We continue to bring new talent to our team to support AFC’s critical mission.
“In her capacity at the California Catholic Conference, Samara led statewide legislative advocacy, public policy initiatives, and coalition-building on behalf of California’s Catholic and public-school students and families.
