Marc LeBlond was born and raised in Connecticut and is a product of school choice, having attended private, public, and home schools for K-12. Marc attended Eastern Connecticut State University, earning degrees in Business and Economics, and then Trinity College in Hartford, earning a Master of Public Policy degree. Marc spent twelve years in financial services, working for The Hartford and MassMutual. In 2018, Marc moved with his wife and children to Pennsylvania to work in school choice for the Commonwealth Foundation. Marc is presently Director of State Advocacy for American Federation for Children (AFC).
Marc’s four children have attended public district, public charter, private, and home schools.
