Utah Fits All Scholarship Program (ESA)

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

  • Students must be eligible to enroll in Utah K-12 public schools

  • Students must not concurrently participate in the Carson Smith or Special Needs Scholarship

  • Eligibility determination tool

ENROLLMENT: N/A

Special Needs Opportunity Scholarship Program (Tax Credit)

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

  • Students must have special needs and have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), or be a kindergarten student with a plan through Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), or be eligible for IDEA

  • Students must not be enrolled in a public school

ENROLLMENT: 218 students (2022-2023)

Carson Smith Special Needs Scholarship Program (Voucher)

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

  • Students must be between 3 and 21 years old, enrolled in a public school, and identified as having a disability

ENROLLMENT: 1,154 students (2022-2023)
