My son is the oldest boy of six. He loves his new school. This year school is online, but my son learns a very different curriculum than he would learn in public school. He’s growing and learning very quickly every day and we are thankful for the opportunity to get him a better education. If I had never heard of this program we would most definitely still be in public school with below standard achievement levels.

The reason we noticed this school was because the reviews were awesome. The second reason was the grading system and lastly, the availability on getting the kids enrolled. The children took placement testing before starting school, which was never done in his public school. This helped me learn that the school was focused on the children and making sure they were exactly where they needed to be, not just pushed forward in school by their age.
My family has gained a huge benefit. As I previously stated, without school choice my child would still be in a public school not getting the best education.
I feel more families should have the same privilege as we’ve been given by school choice, because the school my son is attending has completely changed my son’s outlook on education. He’s grown so much, especially mentally, and is more confident and focused. He knows the teachers are there to help and he isn’t afraid to ask for help.
Thanks to school choice, I firmly believe our family has grown closer together. We are all learning as one and aren’t afraid to experience new things or ask for help when needed. Bringing families closer together and helping them grow is how this program has affected our family.
