Kingdom Life Academy in Texas is redefining education for low-income families and students who struggle in traditional classrooms. This Christian micro-school blends faith, academics, and hands-on learning, from cooking and gardening to earning workforce certifications, so students are prepared for real life. Founded in 2013 after its founder saw middle school boys “dropping out in their hearts,” Kingdom Life Academy now serves both boys and girls who need a more practical, skill-connected education. Students here learn math through cooking, science through gardening, and responsibility through daily, real-world tasks. Every student earns a food handling license and leaves with tangible skills for the workplace and adult life. In this video, you’ll hear from students about how KLA has helped them overcome anger, classroom struggles, and uncertainty about their futures, and how it has prepared them to thrive as young men and women in society. The mission is simple yet powerful: transforming lives for His kingdom.
