Jenna Webster is the Director of Operations of the American Federation for Children. She brings nearly six years of experience in nonprofit operations and compliance through advancing leadership roles at Players Philanthropy Fund and its management company, Cobalt Management Services. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing fiscal sponsorship compliance and strategy for nearly 600 projects nationally and internationally. Prior to her nonprofit career, Jenna worked in education and athletics and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Messiah University and a master’s degree in nonprofit and organizational management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
