Jason serves as Associate Counsel for AFC.

An attorney with experience in litigation, corporate, and regulatory matters, he has served as general counsel to multiple organizations and has worked in private practice, as an assistant attorney general for the state of Tennessee, and as the director of legal affairs for a public-interest think tank.

Jason is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School and earned his undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Georgia. He resides in Brentwood, Tennessee, with his wife and three sons.
