AFC Celebrates School Choice Tax Credit in Big, Beautiful Bill
Dallas, TX – The American Federation for Children (AFC) celebrates the inclusion of a robust school choice tax credit in legislative text released by the Senate Finance Committee on Monday. This law would bring school choice to all 50 states and deliver on President Trump’s mission to send education back to the states and enact broad-based school choice. Its inclusion in the Senate’s version of the reconciliation package marks historic progress nationwide for the education freedom movement.
