When my son Jesus started eighth grade, he struggled in his old school. Though he was smart and curious, the lack of attention caused him to lose interest in learning. Then we found KIPP Prime College Preparatory, a public charter school. From the moment he started, everything changed. With smaller classes, dedicated teachers, and hands-on projects like building rockets and coding games, Jesus became excited about learning again. His grades improved, his confidence grew, and he even started dreaming of becoming a scientist. KIPP Prime didn’t just change his education—it gave him a brighter future.
All families, regardless of income, should have the opportunity to pick the right school for their child. So that every child can get to the top and learn new things from a class. Education should be free, regardless to income. Every child should have the chance to have a good education and rise and learn from a teacher. Instead of just not learning they should be learning to grow and rise to the future.
