My daughter, who is also my student, is full of goodness. She is bright, methodical, self-disciplined, and has been in a charter school since second grade. She loves challenges.
Because of all the qualities I mentioned above and more, her school allows her to discover at her own pace an endless amount of knowledge and new experiences that she has enjoyed to the fullest. She always brought home what she learned daily and in my experience when a child does that it is because she is motivated to learn. I know this has been a great experience for her.

School choice motivated us to believe in charter schools and understand their importance in this educational system. It has been a very good choice and we are grateful for that. I believe more families should have the same privilege I’ve had in exercising school choice because each parent should have the chance to allow their children to work at their own pace and discover their inclinations as students. They should be able to break out of stereotypes and develop their knowledge to its maximum expression. All students should have the right to better education.
School choice means a lot to me. My twins have been in the system and the change when we moved was 180 degrees, I wish I would have had the same opportunity with my two daughters. They have always been smart and good students and this allowed them to never lose their love for studies.
