The American Federation for Children, EdChoice, and ExcelinEd are pleased to bring you this timely update on recent changes in federal law giving families new options for tax-free savings toward education expenses. The 529 savings plan, a tax-advantaged way for parents to invest for their children’s college tuition, now allows 529 savings to also be used for elementary and secondary school tuition.
