Good morning:
Yesterday afternoon, House Speaker John Boehner introduced bipartisan legislation to reauthorize the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program (DC OSP). The DC OSP boasts a 90 percent high school graduation rate for participants – more than 30 percent higher than traditional D.C. public schools, and nearly 90 percent of students in the program enroll in a two- or four-year college or university.

Have a great day!
