Great news from Ohio this late last night, Gov. John Kasich signed the state budget into law which increases EdChoice scholarships amounts, increases the caps on Autism Scholarships and the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship (JPSNS), increases funding to the scholarships in the JPSNS program, and includes a number of other improvements to existing school choice programs. Mike McShane has a column worth reading in this morning’s U.S. News & World Report. In case you missed it, yesterday another private school choice proponent, Gov. Chris Christie, joined the race for president.
